After working for over five years as a dedicated support worker, Jo Warne witnessed a side of the disability support industry that was impossible to ignore. She saw how some agencies treated participants by prioritizing rigid processes and losing human connection. This lack of genuine care reinforced the importance of treating all individuals with respect and dignity.
Driven by a passion to restore humanity to disability support, Jo founded Open Heart Solutions. The core vision is simple and powerful. Support should not feel like a strict routine or a transaction. We work alongside families as a team so participants feel genuinely loved and no one gets left behind.

Madisson

Worker
Madisson brings a blend of specialized experience and vibrant energy to support work. Experienced in supporting individuals with autism and cystic fibrosis, Madisson provides thoughtful, knowledgeable care tailored to unique needs.
While a little reserved at first, Madisson quickly warms up and shines once comfortable! Outside of quiet moments, Madisson loves staying active, getting moving with exercise, and letting loose with fun, energetic dance sessions to great music. A true animal lover at heart, Madisson is always happy around furry friends and outdoor activities.

Administrative
Support
Karen is the friendly, understanding voice you'll hear when you call us. Beyond managing our administrative needs, Karen brings a deep, personal understanding of the NDIS system and the day-to-day realities of navigating support for loved ones.
As a mother of four children on the NDIS, she uniquely understands the pressure, frustration, and carer burnout that come when supports aren't quite the right fit. Her direct experience spans supporting individuals with autism, intellectual impairment, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), incontinence care, and navigating complex needs.
Karen is a passionate advocate who stands right beside you. She works tirelessly to ensure you feel heard, supported, and matched with the right team to bring genuine peace of mind to your family.
